At eTalkup, we have one goal always in mind - to put customers’ need as priority. Customer feedback and suggestions have helped understand more of the customer needs and motivate our team to challenge ourselves to the next level. As a SaaS company, we have the privilege to develop software faster. Thus, in the past few weeks, we’ve developed few updates and our current version is 2.1. We are aiming to have a new version every week. With a very capable and experienced product team, we believe we can not only do as well as competitors but much better than them.
We have added few notable features to help you increase your business value.
Visitor tracking. If you click on visitor name, you can see what pages they are visiting, what is your chat history with them, where they come from, etc
Customization. Our goal is to really make the software be customizable to all your need, not only on the operator icons, chat buttons on your webpage, but the alert sounds as well
Interactive features. Features such as file transferring, voice chat, screen capture will facilitate your dialogue with the visitors
Intra-office unified communication. Our product is used by many companies with dozens of operators already. They all found our chat features among operators so useful, which saves email, phone calls, and helped communication among offices at different locations.
We will have more exciting new features coming out, such as secured chat, translation, etc.
